The Man lives in that thin, infinitesimal trail of space that splits the sky from the Earth and that is the home of the wind.

Is the Tirren's wind, that climbs the declivities of our cost, perhaps similar to the Hauraki's wind, that, very far from here, expands the spankers and drives the boats during the challenge between Black Magic and Luna Rossa? Or is it maybe the same wind, who moves the skies, the clouds, the weather, fron the Antarctica to Siberia, from Auckland to Livorno ?

Francesca Judd was born and lives at the back of beyond, in the farest inhabited place that exists, but, observing her artworks and speaking with her, it seems that the distance is minim.

It doesn't mean that her artworks are similar to the other we are used to see, but, because of Francesca Judd's artworks theme is the Man, with his sensations and emotions, we realise immediately she speaks the same language of us.

We could explain about the serenity, the consciousness emerging from the newzelander painter's works that we are not used to find in european paintings, at least not so clearly, but this is the only small difference.

.........The Huaraki's wind has taken right here a different way to represent the Man, that remains anyway, the main actor of this strange, tragic comedy that is called Life.
